Lost 10 lbs

 
I have been able to keep 10 lbs. off.  Knowing my RMR and how many calories I burn in each work out zone has made all the difference!         -CH

Lost 7 lbs

Just wanted to give you an update on my progress.  I am down 7 pounds as of today!  I am working out at least 6 days per week and journaling my food/calorie intake every day.  Thanks for all the advice!           -KH
