
My running form sessions significantly improved my running, dropping 2 minutes off my 5K PR. Improving form also eliminated the pain in my hamstring. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in improving. -ST
I set a goal of under 20 minutes for a 5K this season. I broke 20 in a training run after my second Running Form Session! -BD
I ran my fastest ever last weekend. 13.1 miles and averaged a 7:33 per mile pace. Average heart rate was 159. I only time I have been able to get my HR to 166 is running up hill. I guess that is not true, the only time I chose to get my HR above or at 166 was running up hill. I will take a 7:33 pace at 162 HR ALL DAY LONG!!!! I am only running 2 times per week. - AT
After 5 weeks of training post 2nd test - "I just ran my fastest ever 10k averaging 6:06 miles. And I did it at the end of an Olympic Tri !!!!" - RD
Overall the race went really well for me - I finished in 3:23:08. That's a 14 minute improvement over last year, and is my personal best time. My previous best time was run 5 years ago and I beat that time by 7 minutes. Pace wise I averaged 7:45 per mile. I do appreciate all your help along the way. It definitely played a huge role in my success.

I've met with him twice and already set a PR in the Irish Jig, beating my best that was set in 2001 by 30 seconds.
