If you are a good swimmer and want to take it to the next level, we can get you there. If you feel like you are just trying to survive in the water, we can teach you how to swim with confidence and skill.
Our approach is to customize a 4 session program to the goals and abilities of each individual. It starts with the first session and a full evaluation and analysis of your stroke. We then start right in on the personalized drills and training that will improve your swimming technique and make you a better swimmer.
Over the 4 One-Hour Sessions You Will Learn:
After each session you will receive specific drills to work on for 1 to 4 weeks prior to your next session. Swimming form changes through drilling in good form. So we ensure you have the right drills and time to practice.
Advanced services are also available on a session per session basis to address specific swimming skills such as sprinting, starts or flip turns in the pool.
