
I had my best time by far at the Ice Man this year, mostly due to proper training and tapering before the race. I know what I need to do now thanks to my work with Health Motion.

I am an avid cyclist and compete in many road races and mountain bike races. Before meeting with Mark and getting testing done, I had no clue what my heart rate zones were. After the first test, I have to admit that I was not following Mark’s advice very closely during the winter months. Instead of building my base zone, I went for the harder workouts focusing on improving my AT.
It is now the end of the season, and I have had a very successful one. I have been on the podium in almost all of the races that I have competed in. This has been the best season I have had by far thanks to what I have learned. I have no doubt that the testing nailed my weakness and helped me to get over my toughest barrier. -TT
I came to Mark in November after hearing him speak at a seminar on Performance Testing. I wanted to improve my racing after a good start in my first season. Mark evaluated me and developed an 8 week program that targeted my goals to improve strength and fitness. My follow-up evaluation exceeded all my expectations. I am now positioned to be a stronger and faster rider for the season. Out of all the money I have spent on cycling this was by far one of the best investments! -BC
