Our approach is to customize a program to the goals and abilities of each individual. It starts with the first session and a full evaluation and analysis of your running form. Then we improve your form through one on one coaching and customized drills specfic to your needs.
Over the 4 one hour sessions you will learn:
After each session you will receive specific drills to work on for 1 to 4 weeks prior to your next session. Running form changes through drilling in good form so we ensure you have the right drills and time to practice.
